I’m Berkeley Roselinsky, a San Diego native who traded the California coast and its sandy beaches for the fast-paced energy of Manhattan.  

I graduated from Indiana University in 2024 with degrees in Advertising Management and Creative Advertising. I wasn’t just interested in making things look good, I wanted to understand the strategy and operations behind how high-end brands scale.

The New York Evolution

In this city, "good" branding is the baseline. To cut through the noise, you need authority.

As the Director of Marketing and Operations for the Lundgren Team at SERHANT., my role is a hybrid of creative direction and operational precision. I am the architect behind our brand identity and the engine that keeps it running.

The Work:

  • The Growth Logic: I do not just post content. I build the workflows and analyze the data. Since joining, I have scaled our Instagram from 1,500 to 6,727 followers. That is a 348% increase driven by technical strategy and aesthetic consistency.
  • Community Building: I now manage a collective audience of 11,069 followers across our social platforms. I look at demographics and engagement behavior to ensure our brand awareness is scalable and recognition driven.
  • Visual Architecture: I design the templates and brand systems that define our team. My aesthetic is minimalist, editorial, and rooted in quiet luxury. I ensure the typography is perfect and the visual language is consistent across every reel, story, and virtual open house.
  • Listing Strategy: I execute the full marketing lifecycle for our high-profile properties. From QR driven campaigns to targeted digital advertising, I make sure our listings do not just exist. They dominate.
  • The Brand Audit: I am a perfectionist by nature. Every week, I audit our digital footprint to ensure zero inconsistencies. If it is not clean and high authority, it is not ours.

I am a designer by trade and an operator by habit. I believe in a brand that feels effortless but is backed by a massive amount of technical strategy.
