When Elias Dennis first joined the Lundgren Team, he wasn’t an agent, he wasn’t even in real estate. He was a teenager with drive, showing up at the Huxley development on 101st Street asking for a shot.
He had hunted down Nile Lundgren just as the building launched, calling persistently until Nile gave him 15 minutes to meet. He made it there in under 10. From that day on, he never missed a beat.
Elias started out helping with events, opening doors, setting up, breaking down. Then he took on cleaning units. Every job, no matter how small, he handled with care and consistency. He didn’t complain. He didn’t ask questions. He showed up and did the work.
Over time, he earned his license and began closing his own rentals, representing buyers, and helping to execute key deals at the Huxley. He went from being behind the scenes to building his own book of business, all before turning 23.
Now, Elias is taking a new path and joining the U.S. Navy. It’s a big step, and it says a lot about who he is: focused, disciplined, and committed. On behalf of Nile, Samir, and the entire Lundgren Team, we’re proud of what Elias has accomplished and who he’s become.
We’ll be cheering him on every step of the way, and when he’s ready to return, the door is always open.
