Zoltan Vincze recently sold out Quiet Cove at 455 Pinellas Bayway in Tierra Verde, a boutique luxury new-construction building with condo residences priced from $2 million to $2.75 million. The building had been on the market for more than two years before his team took it on, and most of its buyers came from outside the area.
