Svea Lundgren | The Next Generation

Svea Lundgren grew up observing the real estate industry from a distance, watching her brother, Nile Lundgren, build his career over two decades. With a 20-year age gap, her path into the business was never assumed— it was earned.

She studied International Business at San Diego State University, with a focus on business philosophy and global markets. During her time there, she co-founded an alumni connections initiative and served as Director of Marketing, building a platform centered on access and opportunity for both current and future members. She was also an active member of SDSU Women in Business and regularly attended Women in Leadership conferences. She recently returned to the East Coast, drawn to the pace and pressure of New York City— an environment that demands performance.

Her background is rooted in marketing, media, and execution.

In 2024, Svea founded and operated a social media marketing agency, managing a multi-client portfolio across real estate, fashion, and nonprofit sectors. She scaled a combined audience of over half a million followers and produced content generating millions of views, managing strategy, content, growth, and client relations independently at 19.

At the same time, she worked closely with the Lundgren Team at SERHANT., supporting marketing, PR, and media efforts, including videography and content tied to Owning Manhattan. She operated across both execution and brand strategy, gaining direct exposure to the standards required in New York City real estate.

Her introduction to the business began earlier. She interned for Nile Lundgren in high school, unpaid, learning how deals move, how clients are managed, and how a real estate brand is built from the ground up. She also supported the production of his podcast, formerly known as The Broker That Never Sleeps, overseeing editing and content distribution.

Outside of real estate, Svea stepped into leadership early. She managed 15–20 employees as one of the youngest team members at a café, where the regional manager noted, “You left this company better than you found it.” That standard has remained a constant. Simultaneously, she worked in high-end hospitality while balancing internships and a full academic course load.

For Svea, side hustles were never optional—they were necessary. She operates with the understanding that building something of her own requires exceeding expectations. No shortcuts. No free passes.

She does not wait for opportunities; she positions herself where performance is required.

Joining the Lundgren Team is a direct result of the work she has already put in. Being family was never a qualification; delivering value was. She earned her place through measurable contribution and continues to raise that standard.

She is currently working toward her real estate license while expanding her role across marketing, brand growth, agent coaching, and client experience.

Svea is focused on building long-term across real estate, business, and investments. She has taken calculated risks early, such as moving out at 17, relocating across the country independently, and consistently stepping into unfamiliar environments. She is often the youngest in the room, but never out of place.

She is equally driven by impact. Svea aims to show other young women that independence, confidence, and wealth are built through discipline and action.

This is only the beginning.
