Once again, the deal never hit the open market. Bashkim Celaj, through the entity Shaban Realty LLC, paid $12.1 million to the Sacchetti family through the entity 2155 Realty Corp. — a clean, quiet transaction that reflected both the strength of the submarket and the trust the seller placed in their broker.
